Refunds

After receiving the item(s), CXL by Christian Lacroix will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the required size if the customer has requested an exchange or will proceed to refund the amount paid using the same method of payment as the one used at the time of purchase in the case of a return. 

The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from the date of arrival of the return in the warehouses of CXL by Christian Lacroix. After having verified the condition of the returned items, we will inform the customer via email.

The refund of the returned items will always be made using the same payment method as the one used at the time of purchase. 
In the case where CXL by Christian Lacroix would have sent an item other than the one requested by the customer by mistake or if the quality of the item sent was not the one requested, CXL by Christian Lacroix, after having verified the error or the defective item, will reimburse the amount of the returned item as well as the shipping costs. If an order with an error or a defect is returned by regular mail, CXL by Christian Lacroix will pay the shipping costs corresponding to the return. If an order with an error or a defect is returned by regular mail, CXL by Christian Lacroix will pay the shipping costs relating to the return on condition that the customer attaches the document justifying the return costs to his package. The reimbursement of transportation costs will be made after the reimbursement of the cost of the goods.
